Regarding delivery
All works ordered by customers will be delivered by Yamato Transport if the delivery destination is within Japan, and by international speed mail (EMS) if the delivery destination is outside Japan. Please note that you cannot specify the delivery company.
Once we have shipped the work, we will inform you of the "consignment number" or "inquiry number" by e-mail.
Based on that, you can check the delivery status, etc., and change the delivery designation using the "Kuroneko Yamato Package Inquiry System" or "Check EMS Delivery Status".
